What is the Scorecard?
The Civic Engagement Scorecard is a toolkit designed to help you become civically engaged at Simmons University! With over 60 possibilities of civic actions, you can start by volunteering in the community, registering to vote, or learning about your elected officials. We aim to create long-term and expansive opportunities for students not formally engaged in the London Center’s official programs. Additionally, we hope to help students understand and think critically about the context in which they are engaging and expand civic engagement beyond voting. Civic Engagement Scorecard participants will be recognized by awards at our annual London Center award ceremony. Using the Scorecard is fun, easy, and empowering!
