About Us

The purpose of the History Liaison is: To develop a community amongst students, faculty, and alumnae; To nurture the academic interests of people interested in History through lectures and social events; To respect all opinions, passions, and desires of members of the History Liaison; To organize experiential and diverse learning opportunities in the surrounding community; To promote and maintain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that welcomes students from within the History Department as well as those students interested in the subject who do not major or minor in history.
