Our first event of the semester is a Community Zine Workshop! Join us Tuesday January 27th from 6-7pm in Quadside for a crafty/artsy night - and help us gather and create content for our Annual Community Zine! This zine is revealed at our annual end-of-year event, the Celebrating Survivors Dinner, as a keep-sake for those who attend and a way to showcase all the violence prevention effort and dialogue happening at Simmons. We welcome poetry, collages, short-stories, quotes, physical media you created or enjoy, zines, etc. - anything related to the gender-based violence we fight against!

We'll provide art supplies, but feel free to bring any of your own! Reach out with any questions regarding submissions, the event, or the zine :) You can also email us submissions if you aren't able to make it to this event or create something later in the semester!
