Hi Wildcats!
Thank you for attendance at our movie night last week! Please read the following about Ramadan on campus, health and safetys, housing info, and floor reminders. Also, please fill out our second check-in form if you haven't already. Thank you all so much! 

Ramadan on Campus

Ramadan Mubarak! Dining services provides meals for residential students during Ramadan. If you would like to request a meal, please fill out THIS FORM. Read all the information on the form to see if the meals align with your schedule and dietary needs. Feel free to email with any questions. 

Also, RA Saia in Evans Hall is hosting an event for Ramadan. If you are interested in attending please fill out THIS FORM for availablity. 

Black History Month Event: Open Mic Night

The Bridge Mentors are hosting Black History Month Open Mic Night on Tuesday 2/24 from 6:30 - 9:30 PM. You may sign up to perform or RSVP for a seat in the audience. 

Food is provided! This event will be held in the School of Management, room C-520.

Health and Safetys

Beginning Thursday (2/17) through next week, I will be conducting Health and Safety Checks for our floor. This is to ensure that residents are living according to the Housing Policies, which you can review HERE. I am conducting these with another staff member of Res Life. If you or your roommate are not in the room, I will leave you a blue slip of paper indicating if you passed or not. Reminder, if you have a fire door please make sure that there are no items in front of the door.

Housing Info

You can view all updated housing information for 2026-27 on the Office of Res Life website HERE. The housing application will open on 2/24 at 9:00 AM and can be accessed on the Housing Portal.

If you have any questions, feel free to email myself or you can attend the ORL info session: 2/19 at 3:00 PM ZOOM

If you wish to stay on campus during Spring Break, you must fill out the THIS FORM. There is no cost associated with your stay. Please note that there are no overnight guests allowed. There are also no on-campus dining options offered. 
 

Floor Reminders

A floormate would like to shout out the following: COF Choir is hosting a karaoke night 2/27! Keep an eye on instagram for more details!

Here are some concerns from our last check-in form.
- Dry around counter areas
- Do not leave dishes drying in the sink for +2 hours
- Flush the toilets (sometimes twice)
