Join us for a special combined gathering where we’re blending the best of both spaces into one engaging, community-centered conversation!

This month’s theme: “Thinking Errors” - the common cognitive distortions many of us experience without even realizing it.

Ever notice how sometimes your thoughts feel completely true… but might not actually reflect reality? You’re not alone. We all do it!

Through a fun, hands-on activity, we’ll explore cognitive distortions, reflect on our own patterns, and connect as a community.
